Planning your Tipi event can seem like a dauting task at first. Have a look at our step-by-step guide to help point you in the right direction

Send us an email or give us a call to check we have availability on your date and we will tailor a bespoke quote to your specific needs. If you have a venue at this stage then great. If not, don’t worry as we have several venues we can recommend to you. If you are happy with the quote and want to secure the date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required.
We will then arrange for a member of our experienced crew to come out to your proposed site to check its suitability and address any other issues you may have. If you would like us to do this before paying the 25% deposit, we will have to charge a fee for this service.
Final payment is due one month before your event date. If your event is less than six weeks away at the time of booking, 100% payment is required.

Lastly, we’re on hand throughout the whole planning process to answer as many questions as you have. We fully understand that a lot of detail goes into planning a Tipi event so we’re here as much as you need us.
