Jordans Events in Rusper/newdigate

HIRE FEE : £2,000.00

We’re based on the West Sussex / Surrey border between the picturesque villages of Rusper and Newdigate.

Events must take place between May – September (we do not offer winter hire).

Hire fee includes three day hire (can be flexible on marquee / tipi set-up outside of those three days) with one day for the event, one day before for set-up and one day after for takedown.

Amplified music must be off by 11pm (can have silent disco after). No fireworks permitted. We can provide a bowser of water if needed (within hire fee).

Camping permitted.

Please note we are on the Gatwick Flight Path.

what’s included?

Tipi interiors include; woven matted flooring inside the Tipis, dimmable lighting throughout, a choice of either round tables (with linen) and chairs or rustic wooden trestle tables, a large open fireplace (with fire kit), dancefloor, fairy lights around the main poles, mirror ball and a wooden rustic bar. A relaxed lounge is included in Packages 2 and 4 (in the Kungsörnen Tipi).

Any additional items will be charged on top of these package prices.

All package prices include VAT, a damage waiver fee and free delivery, collection and installation within 30 miles of our base. Every additional mile is charged at £5 per mile.

The Ultra Silent Generator is supplied by our associated company; Outdoor Event Equipment Hire (OEEH).
