Truly amazing, unmatched experts in Tipi events. Kind, open, inclusive and wonderful to work with. We hired Tentario for a 3 hat Tipi, catering tent, bar tent with bar and stage for our wedding in July 2026 and could not recommend them more! Tentario are incredible at what they do. At all times Andy and his team were communicative, helpful and quick to respond. You can tell they are so passionate and love what they do as this comes out in their work and team. Their Tipis are absolutely stunning, expertly maintained and give the utmost confidence in planning an event. We felt so taken care of and relieved of any stress because of how well they explained everything, including how generators work as I was confused by how this would operate and power the lead up and wedding day. I had nothing to fear!
It was a boiling hot day in the 30s on the wedding day and the Tipi offered amazing shade and respite without being stuffy (they explained how to work the ventilation elements which kept everyone cool). The Tipi looked so stunning, with fairy lights, stage lights and disco ball at times it was just amazing to think you were actually outside! These Tipis are so impressive without decoration that you really don’t have to do too much. They set up and took down in exactly the time specified and were so quick and efficient even with the intense sunshine. Thank you Tentario for being such an integral part of our day, you are amazing!

We had the wonderful Tentario for our wedding day and honestly couldn’t have been happier with them! The 3-hat Tipi was absolutely perfect for our festival-themed wedding and looked amazing.
The little touches like the lighting, disco balls and huge dance floor really made it feel so special. So many of our guests commented on how incredible it looked!
Becky and her team were fantastic from start to finish. Becky herself was so helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with, which made the whole process feel completely stress-free.

We cannot thank everyone at Tentario enough for their support, kindness, professionalism, and incredible attention to detail! They provided the giant hat katas for our wedding at Maplehurst Farm this past June, and everything from start to finish was absolutely first-class.
From our very first enquiry, Becky went completely out of her way to help us. She guided us through ideas, recommended fantastic suppliers, and gave invaluable advice on the perfect layout—from where to place the dance floor and the bar to the positioning of the fire pit. Tentario even went above and beyond by arranging for us to see another tent set up for a real wedding, which was so helpful for us to visualise our day.
The team set up in scorching 36-degree heat, yet they worked with absolute professionalism and precision throughout. On the wedding day itself, the weather was 28 degrees, and the tent was absolutely perfect. It had clever vents to allow the air to circulate, keeping everyone comfortable, though we knew it would have been equally perfect and secure had the British weather decided to change!
The added touches they provided completely transformed the space and created a magical look and feel. We also loved the extra Kungsörnen tent to house the bar at the end. Maplehurst Farm was the perfect setting for an outdoor wedding, and Tentario made it unforgettable!
A final, special shout-out must go to Becky—she was so incredible throughout the whole process that she really should be a wedding planner too!

Outstanding Service from Tentario – Simply the Best!
I genuinely cannot say a bad word about Tentario. From the very first enquiry over two years before our wedding, right through to the big day itself, Tentario went above and beyond to make everything absolutely perfect.
When our original venue unexpectedly cancelled, the Tentario team were incredibly supportive. They helped us find new venues, carried out multiple site visits with us, and walked us through all the options to ensure everything could be done seamlessly. Their expertise, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile were invaluable during such a stressful time.
Tentario doesn't just provide stunning tipis – they offer endless options for configurations, lighting, flooring, tables, chairs, and more. If you can dream it, they can make it happen! On top of that, they work closely with trusted outdoor event equipment suppliers for things like generators and toilets, and they handled all of the communication with those vendors on our behalf. This was such a relief when we had so many other suppliers to manage!
A few days before the wedding, the setup began, and Andy and his team were nothing short of incredible. They were always on time, communicated clearly, and worked tirelessly to make everything perfect. Then, the day after the tipis were set up, we had torrential rain – the most I’ve ever seen. Andy and the team returned to the venue to double-check for any leaks and to ensure everything was still in pristine condition.
The day before the wedding, I was feeling incredibly stressed due to some weather-related issues, and Andy went above and beyond yet again. Seeing how upset I was, he offered to come back early on the wedding morning to ensure everything was perfect before we arrived. That level of care and attention to detail is something I’ll never forget.
Tentario truly exceeded every expectation we had. Their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients made our wedding so special. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. If I had to plan another event, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second – Tentario would be my first call.

We can't recommend Tentario highly enough! From the very beginning Becky was patient, kind and incredibly efficient! Planning a wedding is often a stressful process but Becky really helped us in any way she could, even if it was outside the scope of their business, offering advice and recommending suppliers for other aspects of our wedding, all of which were excellent and worked together brilliantly. We had to make some last minute changes which were handled completely without stress by both Andy and Becky. They were both always very attentive and professional through the whole process. The Tipi's themselves were absolutely beautiful, and the furniture and lighting were perfect. It felt like a fairy tale. Wonderful team, we'll definitely be hiring them again for the next big celebration!

"Service was fantastic"
Me and my now husband used a two tent tipi for our wedding day at the end of May. And from start to finish the service was fantastic! Becky and Andy were so accommodating and the tent with all the furniture was beautiful! Our guests were blown away with it all!
The range of add-ons (benches, tables, bar, fireplace, dancefloor etc ) was amazing and I'm so glad we went with them as it made everything less stressful. It's hard to visualise what it will all look like but you guys were so quick to respond and create maps to help it be as smooth as possible.
Thank you both so much for making our big day extra special and for making it a day that none of us will ever forget!

We had a hiccup on the actual morning of the wedding with a miscommunication (my fault) between two suppliers and the team at Tentario fixed it for us with no fuss at all and helped prevent a potential huge headache. They also helped tremendously in the run-up with liaising with other suppliers and supplying details for heaters, toilets etc. We couldn't have been happier with everything and the tents were beautiful. We booked a giant hat tipi with Tentario for our wedding in August, mainly for our ceremony as we couldn’t fit our guests into the pub. The team were amazing and so quick getting it up! They were so friendly and Becky was brilliant at keeping in contact throughout the process. She dealt with my last minute requests for extras so calmly! She was brilliant. We are so so glad we had the tipi – it turned out to be the absolute highlight of the day. Our photographer turned the walkway into the tipi into a catwalk, and it created such a magical and intimate atmosphere for the dance floor. Because of rain, we made a last minute decision to do our speeches in the tipi, and again, this turned out to be a really special moment with everyone huddled in while the rain fell outside. We had Tentario for our wedding in July. They were fantastic from the first email I sent Becky back in 2022 up until the day Andy and his work colleague came to put the tent and down. From the moment I got in contact with Becky at Tentario it has been nothing but a 5 star service. The whole experience has been seamless and Becky was so responsive with any questions/concerns, she instantly put my mind at ease.
